This last week has led to many experiments with green smoothies. I think I am getting closer to a tasty and nutritious one, so stay tuned!
Tonight, I turned back to my usual staple in my diet and found this great recipe for Greek Salsa Chicken.
Rather than going for chicken breast halves, I opted for chicken breast tenderloins, for they make for better left overs. The Greek Salsa part of the recipe is great, and I am going to keep it in mind for other dishes (It worked very well to place on the romaine/kale side salad). Overall, this is definitely a handy recipe to add to one’s collection.
