Super Tasty Honey Garlic Chicken

I have my dear friend, Carrie, to thank for this extremely tasty and easy recipe for Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken. It was perfect for today, for I could throw everything into the slow cooker and go back to getting ready for this upcoming extremely busy week.

There were a few slight modifications I made. First, I could not find any bone-in chicken breast so I turned to the boneless variety. Second, around the four-hour mark, I pulled out the chicken, shredded it, and placed it back in the slow cooker for another hour. While the end result was probably the same as what it would have been if I would have followed the recipe, I do know for sure my dinner was super tasty.
