Craving peanut butter while also trying to keep myself buying a jar which would magically be gone within 48 hours, I turned to the wise exercise/diet guru Michael Matthews for some recipes involving PB2. The first one was for Pad Thai while the second was for Peanut Butter Cups. Both turned out to be quite tasty. While the latter was not as tasty as actual Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, they still took care of my sweet tooth that has recently hit me pretty hard.
One downside with the Peanut Butter Cups is that they melt at room temperature as can be noted in the photo (at least mine did); however, that just means whatever begins to melt must be devoured quickly, right? Unfortunately, that craving for peanut butter still is with me, so we will see how long I can last before a certain tasty purchase will be made.
