A craving for Asian food hit again and so did a cold November breeze. Therefore, I decided to find a recipe that would help with both, and I came across this one for Kung Pao Chicken Soup.
While it did not take care of the craving for Asian food, the result, after some modifications, was quite tasty. To add some more bit to it, I threw in a couple of spoonfuls of Chili Garlic Sauce and Sambal Oelek as well as bit of Sriracha. All of this made it perfect to enjoy on a cold Kansas November night.
